Ten Easy-To-Make New Year’s Eve Appetizers

New years eve appetizersWhen it comes to parties, I am a finger food person. Forget the fancy dishes and beautiful table settings. Someday when I don’t have preteens and teenagers running around my house maybe I’ll be inclined to have a more formal dinner party. Or maybe when I have two dishwashers and a live in maid. But for now I think my parties are most relaxing when I set out some beer and wine, a few other cocktails and  a buffet of appetizers. Most can be made in advance and I can enjoy my guests.  Here are ten of my favorites. Just click on the link for the recipe and more photos. What’s your favorite thing to serve at parties?

 Smoked Salmon Appetizer

Fig and Salami Flatbreads

Oysters Saltimbocca

Spicy Spinach Crab Cups

Creamy Feta and Roasted Pepper Dip

Easy Guacamole

Easy Bourbon Meatballs

Pesto Tortellini Skewers

Tomato Ricotta Tart

Kicked Up Olives
