Mmmmnn, goulash. I remember being a child and my mom making this because my dad loved it. This goulash has a red wine gravy and I especially like egg noodles served with it. This is definitely a comfort food fall dinner.

    Pulled Pork Stuffed Sweet Potato

A sweet potato stuffed with pulled pork. How convenient is that? It's a whole meal in a potato! You could even incorporate this into a baked potato bar for dinner. How fun would that be?

Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Veggies for a classic Fall Dinner

Pork and delicata squash just remind me of fall. Add some potatoes and green beans. I love this meal which gets roasted all in one pan. This is one of my classic fall dinners that I make when company comes over. It's easy to prep in advance so you can enjoy time with friends or family. Another winter squash can be substituted also.

Chili Mac is a great fall dinner

This is a favorite among kids and adults. It's like chili mac but just a little more sophisticated. Not too spicy but it has the perfect amount of heat if you want a kick to your dinner.

    Smoked Sausage and Black Beans

Black Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage

Black Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage is a simple dinner bursting with flavor. Easy to make but delicious comfort food!

Fall weather is the best! There are so many good veggies that I have been getting from my farmers market and incorporating them into my meals. Fall means great weather, football games and delicious comfort food. What's your favorite fall dinner?
