This post is going to be very short and sweet since I have to go to my son’s basketball practice. Speaking of sweet, my darling husband cooked this beautiful roast on Valentine’s day. It came out perfect and was great with grilled asparagus! We haven’t cooked on the grill in a while and it was a nice change from the oven.
