This post is going to be very short and sweet since I have to go to my son’s basketball practice. Speaking of sweet, my darling husband cooked this beautiful roast on Valentine’s day. It came out perfect and was great with grilled asparagus! We haven’t cooked on the grill in a while and it was a nice change from the oven. As long as the temperatures stay above 30 degrees, our grill is ready to roll. If you would like to see more about grilling a rib roast, click here. John used the same rub only he scaled it down for a smaller roast. He also added some hickory smoke to the grilling process. It came from about.com. See you later this week with more recipes!
