Boiled corn on the cob with milk transforms a simple classic into a flavorful side dish that’s perfect for any occasion. By infusing the corn with richness as it cooks, this method enhances the natural sweetness of each kernel, creating corn that is irresistibly tender and satisfying.

Corn on the cob is a classic side dish that pairs well with many entrees. year. While it’s a staple of summer cookouts, I see corn in my grocery store most of the year, so you can enjoy it long after the season ends. Its natural sweetness and simplicity make it a favorite, whether you’re serving a weeknight dinner or hosting a gathering.
When I’m not grilling fresh summer corn, boiled corn on the cob with milk is my go-to. As it cooks, the corn absorbs the creamy richness of the milk, turning a simple vegetable into something special. Milk boiled corn is the best way to get corn that is tender, flavorful, and so satisfying you might forget it’s just a side dish.

To store leftover corn, let it cool completely before placing it in an airtight container or wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
