Fresh Jersey Tomatoes

I love my Jersey tomatoes. They are the best in the country but the season for them is not very long. Luckily I can get them in the winter at my local grocery store. What is your favorite local product?

Now that you know the secret to my winter sauce or “gravy” as I sometimes call it, it’s time to announce the McCormick and Schmick’s dining certificate winner. Congrats to Natalie from The Sweet’s Life! Have a great weekend everyone!

We use these too! Not sure what it is about that brand, but my sauce always tastes better when I can find those at Whole Foods. 🙂

There is nothing better than fresh Jersey tomatoes in the spring/summer! I grew up in Central NJ and they were always amazing.

I buy the Jersey Fresh canned tomatoes all the time! I am craving Jersey tomatoes sooo bad! I always make tomato sandwiches in the summer. I also like Cento products.

I have so many favorite local products! Whether it's jelly, or fresh produce, or the amazing chocolate I can pick up.

Those tomatoes sound good. Freaky, but I can almost eat tomatoes out of the can. I luv them that much.
