Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls became a TikTok viral dessert for a good reason. A sweet peach cobbler mixture fills these fried dessert eggrolls that are coated in sweet cinnamon sugar and served hot. These handheld pockets of goodness are so easy to make.

I first saw peach cobbler egg rolls on TikTok. I immediately fell in love. Anything with sweet peaches in a crispy shell coated with sugar is perfect in my book. A sweet dessert egg roll is reminiscent of southern peach cobbler with a bit more fun involved.
I love my peach cobbler egg rolls topped with just a spoon or two of whipped cream. You could also serve them with vanilla ice cream for a really decadent dessert which are perfect treats for special occasions. These peach coibbler rolls will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.
In NJ, we get great peaches in late summer. I will be making batches and batches of these!
Ingredients Needed
- Egg Roll Wrappers – You will need 12 wrappers to make 6 dessert egg rolls as they are double wrapped. You can usually find egg roll wrappers in the produce section of your grocery store.
- Diced Peaches – I love to use fresh peaches, but you can use canned canned peach pie filling in a pinch. Be sure to drain them any extra liquid.
- Sugar – Brown sugar adds a rich flavor to the filling, and white sugar is used to create a sweet cinnamon sugar coating on the outside.
- Water
- Corn Starch – Corn starch will help thicken the peach filling as it cooks.
- Vanilla Extract – Vanilla extract enhances the flavors of the other ingredients.
- Melted Butter – Melted butter will help the cinnamon-sugar mixture stick to the egg rolls.
- Cinnamon – I love how cinnamon compliments the flavor of the peaches.
- Vegetable Oil – Choose an oil that is good for frying.
How to Make Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls
For the full instructions in the recipe card at the bottom of this post.
- Cook diced peaches, brown sugar, and the water/corn starch mixture on medium-high heat and stir frequently for about 10 minutes. When the mixture thickens and becomes bubbly, remove it from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
- Add 1-2 heaping tablespoons of the peach mixture into the center of an egg roll wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper, fold in the sides of each egg roll and roll, completely sealing the wrapper. Reroll with a second wrapper to ensure that filling will not escape. Repeat until all 6 egg rolls are made.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil on medium heat, then fry the peach egg rolls for 3-4 mins on each side until crispy.
- Drain on paper towels, then toss the egg rolls in the melted butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve warm.

These dessert egg rolls are the tastiest when fried just before serving. You can do some of the prep work in advance. Prepare the filling and fill the egg rolls as directed. Place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days and fry just before serving.
Yes, you can bake these. Brush the egg rolls with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Be sure to flip halfway through cooking. Baked egg rolls will not be as crispy as fried egg rolls.

Can this be made in a air fryer?
lisa
I would think that they can but I have never made them that way so I don't know how long you would have to cook them. Eventually I will try making them in the air fryer and update the post with some notes on that.

Looks so good. I do keto so I am going to try substituting low carb tortillas, golden monk fruit and arrowroot … keeping everything else the same. I’m in Charleston and the peaches have been extraordinary this year!
lisa
Let me know how it turns out. The peaches in NJ this year have been fantastic too!

If you're using the baking method, would you apply a cinnamon-sugar mixture to these before or after baking, or not at all? It's not specified.
lisa
Hi Mary,
Do it after baking while they are still warm. Hope this helps

Can these be baked in the oven?
lisa
Janie,
I have not tried it that way but I'm pretty sure you can bake or air fry them. Of course, the texture will be a bit different in the oven since they are not beoing fried.
Good luck.
