Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white chocolate Can use chips, melts or broken white chocolate bars
  • 16 ounces strawberries (about 15) stems attached

Instructions

  • Place the white chocolate in a glass microwave-safe bowl. Melt it in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted.
  • Stir the warm chocolate until smooth and let it cool slightly to a comfortable temperature.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or wax paper. Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, coating it almost completely but letting the excess chocolate drip off. Place the strawberries on the prepared sheet.
  • Once the chocolate sets slightly, drizzle the remaining chocolate over the strawberries using a piping bag with a small opening. Allow the strawberries to set completely for another 20 minutes. Refrigerate if not eating right away.

Notes

Strawberries can be decorated with sprinkles, crushed nuts or chocolate chips. Make sure to sprikle on immediately after dipping when the chocolate is still wet so it sticks.
