Tomato and Chick Pea Salad

- 15 ounces can chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 16 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- the juice from one medium sized lemon
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium size bowl, mix together chick peas, tomatoes and parsley.
Drizzle the oil and lemon juice over the salad. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
