Three-Minute Blender Salsa
This restaurant salsa can be made in 3 minutes! It's my favorite!

- 2 (14 ounce) cans fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 poblano pepper, seeded and chopped 2 jalapeno pepeprs can be swapped for the polano pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- ⅓ cup packed fresh cilantro
- the juice from one lime
- salt and pepper, to taste
Put the tomatoes, pepper, onion, cilantro and lime juice into a blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If you do not have a regular blender, all the ingredients can be put into a bowl and an immersion blender can be used to blend the salsa together.
