Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed fruits berries, raspberries, cherries, dragon fruit, etc.
  • 1 frozen banana cut into slices
  • 1 cup milk can be regular or non dairy

Topping Ideas

  • 3-4 strawberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the frozen fruit, frozen banana and milk. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk or crushed ice if necessary.
  • Slice and prepare your toppings.
  • Pour the smoothie into two even sized bowls.
  • Layer on the toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, cut fruit in even size pieces and keep in the freezer. Or using bags of frozen fruit that are already cut.
