2cupsfrozen mixed fruits berries, raspberries, cherries, dragon fruit, etc.
1frozen bananacut into slices
1cupmilkcan be regular or non dairy

¼cupblackberries
1bananasliced

1tablespoonpumpkin seeds
Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen fruit, frozen banana and milk. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk or crushed ice if necessary.
Slice and prepare your toppings.
Pour the smoothie into two even sized bowls.

Notes
