Sweet Sriracha Almonds

- ¼ cup honey
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces raw almonds
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 Tablespoons fine granulated white sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium size bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix in almonds and toss until they are coated evenly.
Spread the almonds evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes. Give the almonds a good stir and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes or until almonds are crisp. Be sure not to let them get too overdone.
Cool for 10 minutes then break them up and sprinkle with sugar. Store in an airtight container.
