Super Easy Mexican Guacamole
This super easy guacamole recipe is delicious, and even better, it only takes 10 minutes to make!

avocados
peeled and pitted

garlic cloves
peeled and crushed

tablespoons
onion
finely chopped

jalapeno
seeded and diced

lime, juiced

plum tomato, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, mash the avocado well.
Add the garlic, onion, jalapeno, and lime juice.
Mix well then fold in the tomato.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
To make this spicy add as much pepper as you like and a dash of hot sauce. As an optional garnish, sprinkle with some chopped cilantro.
