Super Easy Mexican Guacamole

This super easy guacamole recipe is delicious, and even better, it only takes 10 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados peeled and pitted
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 plum tomato, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado well.
  • Add the garlic, onion, jalapeno, and lime juice.
  • Mix well then fold in the tomato.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

To make this spicy add as much pepper as you like and a dash of hot sauce.  As an optional garnish, sprinkle with some chopped cilantro.
