2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonminced garlicabout 3 cloves
2mediumzucchini, sliced
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1cupchopped tomatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and zucchini to the pan. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings and cook for 5 minutes..
