This easy dinner with a simple ranch and sriracha sauce is great for a week night but elegant enough for company.

Ingredients
¼Cupranch dressing
1Tablespoonsiracha sauceor more to taste
4Salmon filetsabout 1 ½ pounds, skin removed
1 ½poundsasparagustrimmed
1Tablespoonolive oil
½Teaspoonsea salt
½Teaspoongarlic powder
2Teaspoonsdried dill
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix together ranch dressing and siracha sauce in a large deep dish. Place salmon in sauce and toss to coat well.
Place asparagus in a roasting pan and toss with olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Lay in a single layer.
Place salmon on top of asparagus and sprinkle with dill.
Place pan in oven and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked and flakes with a fork. (see notes below)
Notes
If you like your asparagus cooked more you can add it to the pan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes before adding the salmon. Or you could remove salmon at the end and add the pan to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes more.
