Ingredients
8thin slices Genoa or other Italian salami
4thin slices ham
8slicesLand O Lakes® 4 Cheese Italian Blend
12fancy toothpicks
12pitted black olives
12cherry tomatoes
12small basil leaves
Balsamic glaze or salad dressing for drizzling
Instructions
Layer 2 slices salami, one slice of ham and 2 slices of cheese on top of each other. Roll in jelly roll fashion very tightly. Trim the ends and cut into three neat pinwheels. Repeat with remaining salami, ham and cheese so you have 12 pinwheels.
On toothpicks, alternate olives, pinwheels, tomatoes and basil leaves to make 12 skewers.
Place on a plate and drizzle with balsamic glaze or dressing.
