Ingredients
1teaspoonunsalted butter or olive oil
1largeegg
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat a non-stick or cast iron pan over medium heat. Add butter or oil to pan and swirl to coat.
When the butter or oil begins to bubble, crack egg and add to the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes or until egg whites and yolk are set and edges of the whites are crispy. Carefully flip with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes or until yolk is no longer runny.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Use a small pan for one or two eggs. Recipe can make as many can fit in a larger larger pan. To cook more than 2 eggs at once use 1 tablespoon of butter or oil for the whole large pan.
