One Pan Mushroom Swiss Burger
Mushroom Swiss Burgers make an easy week night family meal. This gourmet burger is piled high with seasoned sauteed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning, divided
- 4 Bubba burgers
- 4 thick slices swiss cheese
- 4 Brioche buns
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat pan to medium-high heat and add olive oil. Add mushrooms and garlic to the pan. Season with half of the steak seasoning and saute for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Set aside on a plate or bowl.
Sprinkle the remaining steak seasoning on the BUBBA burgers and add to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Wait for the juices to rise to the top then flip burgers and cook for another 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Put the mushroom mixture back in pan and add a few spoons of water to get some juices going.
Cover the top of the burgers with mushrooms and a slice of swiss cheese. Cover with lid for a minute or two if you would like the cheese melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. These swiss burgers are ready to serve on buns.
