Lightened Up Spinach Artichoke Dip
Spinach Artichoke Dip can be full of fat. You won't miss it at all in this lightened up version.

- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup low fat or non fat sour cream
- 1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- dash of cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Bake for about 25 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and golden on the top.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with chips, veggies or crackers.
