Lightened Up Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
  • 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup low fat or non fat sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  • Place in an ovenproof casserole dish. Bake for about 25 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and golden on the top.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with chips, veggies or crackers.
