Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits

This parfait is perfect for breakfast or a snack. Set out the ingredients and let the kids make their own!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced fruit (strawberries, peaches, berries, etc) plus extra for garnish
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt I used non fat
  • 2 TBS honey
  • ½ cup granola

Instructions

  • Place the fruit in four parfait glasses, divided evenly. Top with yogurt.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with granola.
  • Garnish with the extra fruit and serve.
