Frozen Yogurt Bites

Frozen yogurt bites are packed with protein and natural sweetness from the Greek yogurt and berries, these bite-sized delights are the perfect breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lowfat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • cup blueberries
  • cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • With a spoon, drop 2-3 tablespoon dollops of yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  • On each yogurt dollop, evenly distribute blueberries, sliced strawberries, and a sprinkle of granola.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 4 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen and firm. Once the yogurt bites are completely frozen, remove them from the freezer. Enjoy them immediately, or store them in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Other topping ideas are chopped fruit, raisins, sprinkles, shredded coconut or chocolate chips. 
To make yougurt bites with even less sugar, mix together 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
