Ginger Miso broth
or any type of Asian broth (see notes)

chopped fresh or frozen spinach

frozen Asian dunplings
Instructions
Heat the broth on medium heat until it comes to a simmer.
Add spinach and wontons. Cook for about 5 minutes or until frozen wontons are cooked through.
Serve hot in bowls.
Notes
If you can't find Asian broth, add a teaspoon of ginger powder and a few tablespoons of soy sauce to your favorite chicken, beef or vegetable broth.
