Easy Wonton Soup (Ten Minute Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Ginger Miso broth or any type of Asian broth (see notes)
  • 2 cups chopped fresh or frozen spinach
  • 12 ounces frozen Asian dunplings

Instructions

  • Heat the broth on medium heat until it comes to a simmer.
  • Add spinach and wontons. Cook for about 5 minutes or until frozen wontons are cooked through.
  • Serve hot in bowls.

Notes

If you can't find Asian broth, add a teaspoon of ginger powder and a few tablespoons of soy sauce to your favorite chicken, beef or vegetable broth.
