Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
These simple roasted Brussels sprouts are good in salads or just a great side to dinner. They are so easy to make but healthy too.

- 16 ounces Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or your favorite seasoning)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the sprouts on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Mox together to make sure pan is coated with oil.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender and crispy.
