Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 thin cut bone-in pork chops (less than 1 inch thick)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon steak or chop seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F. Pat the pork chops dry then rub them with olive oil and seasonings.
  • Place the pork chops in a single layer of the air fryer basket or rack. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of pork chops are between 145 degrees or 160 degrees if you like them more well done. Flip one time in the middle of cooking. The outside of the chops should be golden brown. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

I use Montreal steak seasoning for these chops but you can really use your favorite seasoning or just mix together ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon paprika. Sprinkle on chops before cooking.
