Creamy Homemade Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup   plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add the mayonnaise, yogurt,parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Process until well combined. Serve with vegetables, meats, sandwiches, salad, etc.

Notes

Note: This garlic dipping sauce tastes best if refrigerated for at least an hour before serving.
