Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees if necessary. Lightly spray cooking rack or basket with oil. Arrange the gnocchi in a single layer on the air fryer rack or basket and then lightly spray the tops of the gnocchi.
Air fry at 400 for 14-16 minutes or until browned, shaking the air fryer basket a few times during cooking or flip once if cooking on a rack. Cook until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from air fryer and toss with salt and pepper or your favorite Italian seasonings and/or grated Parmesan cheese. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
