Philadelphia is known for their cheese steaks but you can also get a mean pork sandwich too. If you go into South Philly for a pork sandwich expect it to be served with broccoli rabe. Can you tell I’m on a broccoli rabe kick? If you don’t live near Philadelphia, you can always make your own. How good does this look? If a sandwich is not your style, you can always serve it deconstructed. What do you think about this?

Hmmm I always associate pork sandwiches with the south. But they certainly don't have broccoli rabe on them there!
