Turkey Club Wrap
Easy turkey club wrap with bacon, avocado, and fresh veggies. Perfect for lunch, picnics, or sliced as a party appetizer.

- 4 large tortillas wheat or whole grain
- 12 oz cooked or smoked turkey thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 4 large lettuce leaves such as iceberg or arugula
- 6 slices bacon cooked until crispy
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prep the Base: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface and spread mayo or Greek Yogurt on each tortilla. Add mustard if desired. Place large lettuce leaves on each tortilla
Layer the Fillings: Add sliced turkey, tomatoes, avocado slices, and crispy bacon cut in half evenly across the tortillas. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortillas. Roll from the bottom up, keeping it tight and secure.
Slice and Serve: Cut each wrap in half or into thirds. Tie string or attach toothpicks if necessary to keep the wraps together. Serve immediately or wrap in foil or parchment for lunchboxes or grab-and-go meals.
Wraps can also be sliced in smaller portions and served as appetizers.
These are perfect to make and use leftover turkey instead of using deli turkey.
