Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Garlic and Brown Sugar

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 bone-in pork chops ½ inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 cloves of garlic minced
- ½ cup brown sugar
Add olive oil to a large pan on medium to high heat. Season the Pork chops with the salt and pepper and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until brown.
Add the pork chops to the slow cooker in a single layer then spread the garlic all over the pork chops. (It is ok if they are overlapping). Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from the slow cooker, top with the sauce and enjoy!
