Pomegranate Juice Mocktail

This refreshing pomegranate juice mocktail with bright citrus and bubbles is easy to make, festive and perfect for parties or brunch.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 6 ounces Pomegranate Juice
  • 6 ounces Orange Juice
  • 6 ounces Ginger Ale or ginger beer non alcoholic
  • Pomegranate arils
  • Lime slices

Instructions

  • Fill two glasses with ice.
  • Evenly divide and pour in the pomegranate juice, orange juice, then top off with the ginger ale.
  • Add pomegranate arils and slices of lime for garnish.

Notes

For a lower calorie mocktail, diet ginger ale can be used. Also for a less sweet drink, sub in club soda.
Juices can easily be switched if desired. Try cranberry juice for the pomegranate juice or use grapefruit juice for the oj.
