Pineapple Glazed Spiral Ham

Crushed Pineapple and gingerale makes this ham juicy and flavorful. A spiral ham is easy to cook!

Ingredients

  • 1 6-8 pound spiral ham (bone- in)
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup gingerale

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham in a large roasting pan, cut size down.
  • In a bowl or mixing cup, mix together the pinapple and gingerale. Spread it all over the ham. Loosely cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for 13-16 minutes per pound or until the ham reaches 140 degrees using an instant read meat thermometer.
  • Remove foil and glaze ham with packet glaze if desired. Place back in the oven uncovered for another 15 minutes or until outside of ham is brown.
  • Remove from oven, slice and enjoy!
