Perfect Grilled Sirloin Steak
Cook a perfect steak on the grill this summer!

- 1 2 to 3 LB sirloin steak (about 1 ½ inches thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoon steak seasoning
Rub the steak with olive oil and the steak seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.Let the steak sit out at room temperature for 1 hour before grilling. Heat the grill to medium high heat. Grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes or until it has nice grill marks. Turn over and grill the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes so even grill marks appear. Lower the heat to medium and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until steak goes to correct temperature depending on desired doneness. Steaks should be removed from grill at 130 degrees for rare, 140 for medium rare, 150 for medium and 160 for well done. Let the steaks rest covered with foil for a few minutes before slicing.
