Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frozen mango pieces
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 limes juiced

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the frozen mango pieces, maple syrup and the juice of 2 limes and process for about 5 minutes, or until fully smooth. If mixture is very frozen, a few tablespoons of water can be added to loosen it up.
  • Spread the mango mixture into a freezable container and freeze for a minumum of 2 hours. Scoop and enjoy when ready.

Notes

If keeping in the freezer overnight, it is best to let the sorbet sit out for a few minutes before scooping. This will soften it and bring to a creamy texture.
