Instant Pot Applesauce

This easy Instant Pot Applesauce requires only 4 ingredients and will transform fresh apples into the most delectable treat in no time.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds apples
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2-4 tablespoons cane sugar
  • ¾ cup water

Instructions

  • Peel the apples, remove the core, and chop into pieces.
  • Add the chopped apples, water, sugar and cinnamon sticks to the instant pot and mix well.
  • Set the instant pot to pressure cook on high and make sure the vent is sealed. Cook for 8 minutes, and then do a quick release.
  • Using a immersion blender, blend until it has reached the desired consistency.

Notes: Leftover applesauce can be kept in a fridge for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
