Homemade Caesar Dressing without Anchovies

This smooth creamy dressing is easy to make and great to use on salads, fresh vegetables or even grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  •  Add all the ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl.
  • Whisk by hand or using a food processor or blender.
  • Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
