Easy White Chocolate Fudge

Equipment

  • 8x8 baking pan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate melts or chips (about 18 ounces & 1 ½ bags if using chocolate chips.)
  • 14 ounce can condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions

  • Line an 8 inch by 8 inch baking tray with baking paper. Add the condensed milk, white chocolate and pure vanilla extract into a saucepan. Slowly heat on low while mixing until melted and combined.  
  • Pour into the baking tray and evenly pour over the sprinkles. Place in the freezer to set for 60-90 minutes or in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Cut into pieces before serving.

Notes

Use a loaf pan (5x9) for thicker fudge.
