Crispy Air Fried Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  • Wash potatoes well. Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl and drizzle the potatoes with the oil and sprinkle on the salt and pepper or any other seasonings desired. Toss the potatoes so they get coated evenly.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss or tun then cook for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crispy.
  • Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Add your favorite seasonings along with salt and pepper. Here are some ideas:
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder with 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoky paprika with 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parlsey
