Classic House Salad
This classic house salad recipe is made with fresh veggies, croutons and a zesty homemade vinaigrette dressing.

- 1 small head of lettuce washed and drained
- 8 ounces grape tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumbers cut into slices
- 1 small onion peeled and sliced
- 1 cup croutons
- ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley or oregano
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt more if needed
- ¼ ground black pepper
Add lettuce in a large salad bowl. Top with tomato, cucumber and onion.
Prepare the dressing. In a small bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together. Pour into the salad bowl. Toss well. Garnish with croutons and parmesan cheese.
Serve with your favorite main dish or top with a protein like chicken or shrimp.
