Cinnamon Cannoli Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 15 Ounces ricotta cheese
  • ½ Cup powdered sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • ½ Cup cinnamon chips plus extra for garnish
  • Strawberries graham crackers or other fruit for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium size bowl, mix together ricotta, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and cinnamon chips. Mix until smooth and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours.
  • Garnish with cinnamon and cinnamon chips.
  • Serve with graham crackers and fruit.
