- 15 Ounces ricotta cheese
- ½ Cup powdered sugar
- ½ Teaspoon vanilla
- ½ Teaspoon cinnamon plus extra for garnish
- ½ Cup cinnamon chips plus extra for garnish
- Strawberries graham crackers or other fruit for serving
In a medium size bowl, mix together ricotta, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and cinnamon chips. Mix until smooth and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours.
Garnish with cinnamon and cinnamon chips.
Serve with graham crackers and fruit.
