Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 8 oz cooked chicken breast or rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons
  • ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool, then set aside.
  • Slice or shred chicken into bite size pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped romaine lettuce, chicken, croutons, and shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss everything gently until evenly coated.
  • Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. Can be chilled for 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately.

Notes
