- 1 cup cold coffee store-bought or homemade
- 2-3 tablespoons caramel syrup
- ¼ cup half-and-half adjust to preference
- Ice cubes
Start by drizzling caramel on the inside of a clear tall glass. Be generous for more sweetness.
Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour coffee over the ice and add a tablespoon or two of caramel syrup. Use more or less depending on desired sweetness. Pour ¼ cup of half-and-half into the glass. Adjust the quantity based on your preference for creaminess. Stir the mixture well and serve with a straw if desired.
To make coffee sugar free, use a sugar free caramel syrup.
Low fat milk or plant based milk can be used in place of half and half but coffee will not be as creamy.
