Made with Bailey's Irish Cream, this minty, Boozy Shamrock Shake is the perfect treat for St. Patrick's Day or any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream or use another brand of Irish cream whiskey
  • 4 to 6 drops mint extract
  • 2 to 3 drops green food coloring
  • whipped cream
  • green sprinkles
  • cherry

Instructions

  • Place the vanilla ice cream, Baileys, mint extract, and food coloring in the blender. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sprinkles and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

This makes 2 small drinks or 1 very large cocktail if you want to splurge.
