Made with Bailey's Irish Cream, this minty, Boozy Shamrock Shake is the perfect treat for St. Patrick's Day or any celebration.

vanilla ice cream

Bailey’s Irish Cream
or use another brand of Irish cream whiskey

drops mint extract
2 to 3
drops green food coloring
whipped cream
green sprinkles
cherry
Instructions
Place the vanilla ice cream, Baileys, mint extract, and food coloring in the blender. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sprinkles and a maraschino cherry.
Notes
This makes 2 small drinks or 1 very large cocktail if you want to splurge.
