Blue Cheese Tomato Recipe with Microgreens
Juicy ripe tomatoes are topped with blue cheese, microgreens and balsamic glaze. So good!

- 2 medium size ripe tomatoes, sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 to 3 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 handful microgreens
Arrange a large plate or platter with the sliced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the crumbled blue cheese.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the tomatoes.
Top with the microgreens and serve.
