Blue Cheese Tomato Recipe with Microgreens

Juicy ripe tomatoes are topped with blue cheese, microgreens and balsamic glaze. So good!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium size ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 handful microgreens

Instructions

  • Arrange a large plate or platter with the sliced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on the crumbled blue cheese.

  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the tomatoes.
  • Top with the microgreens and serve.
