Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken thighs, bone-in with skin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning use your favorite or make your own

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Trim any visible fat off chicken and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the chicken pieces with olive oil and coat with the seasoning.
  • Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken skin is golden brown and internal temperature of chicken is a minimum of 165 degrees. Juices will run clear and there will be no pink in the middle.
  • For extra crispy skin, turn the broiler on for the last few minutes of cooking.
