Apple Cider Mocktails

- ½ cup apple cider
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
- ½ cup ginger beer
- Apple slices for garnish
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the mocktail chilled.
In a shaker or small pitcher, combine the apple cider, orange juice, lime juice, honey or maple syrup and cinnamon stick. Stir well to blend the flavors.
Pour the mixture into the glass and top with ginger beer.
Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon if desired.
Recipe can be doubled or made for more 3 or more servings in a pitcher.
For a more fancier presentation, coat the rims of glasses with cinnamon sugar.
