Apple Cider Mocktails

Sweet, spiced, and festive, this apple cider mocktail is perfect for holiday dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple cider
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick for garnish
  • ½ cup ginger beer
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the mocktail chilled.
  • In a shaker or small pitcher, combine the apple cider, orange juice, lime juice, honey or maple syrup and cinnamon stick. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  • Pour the mixture into the glass and top with ginger beer.
  • Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Recipe can be doubled or made for more 3 or more servings in a pitcher. 
For a more fancier presentation, coat the rims of glasses with cinnamon sugar.
