Air Fryer Kale Chips (or Oven Baked)
A crunchy addictive healthy snack. Make these in your air fryer or use your oven as an alterrnate way to cook them.

- 1 large bunch of kale
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 to 3 teaspoon your favorite seasoning (chili powder, garlic powder., cajun seasoning, etc.)
- salt, to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
Wash and dry the kale leaves. Tear out the thick stalk in the middle of the kale and tear the leaves into bite size pieces. Toss in a large bowl with olive oil and seasoning.
Place the kale in a single layer in your air fryer. Do not overcrowd and cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 5 minutes, shake the basket then cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until kale is crispy. Season with more salt if desired.
Cool then serve.
Oven Baked Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Wash, cut and season kale as instructed above. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer and bake for about 15 minutes. Turn kale and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until kale is crispy. Make sure not to overcook and burn.
