Ingredients
12ouncesbroccolini
1tablespoonolive oil
1smalllemon, juiced
1clovegarlic, minced
½teaspoon salt
¼teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Cut the woody part of the stems off the broccolini and rinse with water. Pat dry. In a large bowl add the broccolini, oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and black pepper. Toss until all of it is coated.
Turn the heat to 400 degrees. Transfer the broccolini into the air fryer basket or rack. Place in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Notes
Cooking Tip: Cook in batches if air fryer is not big enough to carry all the broccolini in a single layer.
