Vegetable Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients

Stew Meat Beef Stock/Broth Frozen Vegetables Quick Cooking Barley Canned Tomato Sauce Olive Oil and Seasonings

In a large soup pot, brown beef cubes in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Add broth and tomato sauce. Simmer until the stew meat is tender

Add frozen veggies, barley and additional seasonings. Cook on low until veggies and barley are tender.
