In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Shape Meatballs

Shape into about 18 to 20 meatballs, making sure all are evenly sized.

Pan Fry

Heat olive oil over medium high heat and add half the meatballs. Cook about 7 to 8 minutes until meatballs are fully cooked and no longer pink  inside.

Drain

After meatballs are cooked, drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Serve

Serve with any type of sauce or add to soup or a pot of sauce.
