Pierogi with Red Cabbage and Kielbasa
Ingredients
olive oil onion cabbage vinegar honey spices kielbasa pierogi
Cook Cabbage

Cook onion in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add cabbage, honey, vinegar, and garlic powder and cook 10 minutes, until cooked through.
Fry Kielbasa

Push cabbage mixture to one side of the pan and add kielbasa. Cook until it browns, then add water to deglaze the frying pan.
Add Pierogi

Add your pierogi to the pan and stir to combine with the kielbasa and cabbage.
Cook Pierogi Until Tender

Cook for about 6 minutes until everything is cooked through, stirring gently to prevent sticking. Add salt and pepper if desired and serve with sour cream and parsley.
