Peanutty Pie Clusters (Pillsbury Bake off recipe winner)The new 47th  Pillsbury Bake Off Winner is Beth Royals! I am so excited for Beth and her family.  She is creative, a great cook and so kind. I was lucky (thank you Lisa Keys!) to be in the studio audience of The Chew yesterday with several other friends from Cooking Contest Central. This is a cooking contest website which I have belonged to for years. I met Beth through this site as well as a bunch of other supportive foodie friends.  Many were there in the audience too. They announced the winner on the show and it was more than exciting to cheer on Beth and see her win one million dollars. I loved feeling the energy. This could not have happened to a nicer person! Her husband was in the audience and just glowing. You could see and feel the pride he had.

We were able to get a group shot before we went into the studio and then congratulate her after the show. Carla Hall was so nice and lots of fun. I have to add that she is a great dancer and would love to someday see her on Dancing With The Stars. I woke up with a big smile today after thinking of what a great day I had yesterday.

When I made the Peanutty Pie Crust Clusters this week, I knew Beth would win. Check out the recipe as you will want to put these on your holiday cookie tray.  They are the perfect combination of salty, sweet and crunchy. I added a few sprinkles while they were cooling just to make them festive.

Check out all the winning recipes from the Pillsbury bake off. I have several friends that made it to the finals and I am sure you will find some easy recipes that you love.

Congratulations Beth for being the Pillsbury Bake Off Winner!

The Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest is near and dear to my heart. As a three-time finalist, I know the excitement firsthand and wanted to be at the taping with all of you. AND, dance with Carla! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your experience!
